President

Jai Santora (she/her) has dedicated over two decades of her career to the automotive industry. In 2014, she took a leap of faith and founded Santora Automotives. Jai's ambition is to combat the misogyny present in the industry and create an environment that fosters education and inclusivity both at work and in the community at large.

Since starting her hormone replacement therapy in 2020, Jai has been actively working to promote Trans Awareness and advocacy within the LGBTQIA2S+ community. She has partnered with various local organizations to create safe spaces and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for everyone to express their true selves. Jai remains a consistent advocate for these causes, encouraging individuals to come out, show up, and be themselves.
